I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at SKEMA Paris. I am also affiliated with INSEAD, my PhD institution.
My research explores strategies of firm growth, primarily in the context of scaling entrepreneurial ventures. In my dissertation I examine how startups build their sales organizations, quantify the degree of complexity in growing firms, and estimate the effects of too much capital on startup failure.
