I am a PhD candidate in the strategy department at INSEAD. My research explores how firms grow, with a focus on strategies for scaling entrepreneurial ventures. Across my projects, I use a mix of empirical methods and mathematical models to study the resource accumulation and evolutionary processes that make up growth. I will be on the academic job market in the fall of 2025.

My job market paper studies how firms deal with uncertainty during growth in the context of software startups whose technologies power the internet. In my other papers I develop empirical estimators for growth speed, show how sequential attention during growth is optimal, and model how expansion multiplies firm-internal complexity.
